Favorite author? Dr. Suess

Pastime? Outdoor activity with friends. Skiing, mountain biking, surfing, camping, adventuring.

Food item? Maine lobstah or Dungeness crab…it’s a toss-up…don’t tell my mom.

What makes you smile? Wow, lots of things. In particular, 80s dance parties with my closest friends.

Favorite pose? Standing pigeon…mmm hips.

Pet peeve? When I hear “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga”

Why teach yoga? No better feeling than facilitating others to the realization that they have the ability to heal themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through the practice of yoga.

Who is in your family? A loving and supportive husband, an adorable and ridiculous dog, kick-ass parents and in-laws, a fabulous sister and bro-in-law, a niece I absolutely adore…and my friends who feel like family as much as the others.

A quote that you live by? You change your thoughts, you change your world.

Morning ritual? Husband and dog snuggles to yoga to coffee and brekky.

Stargazer or sunriser? Oh man…can my answer be both?

Mountain or beach? Oh no….please don’t make me choose.

Anything else? An inspirational friend/teacher convinced me that yoga would improve my skills in the other activities I enjoy. Once I realized she was right I never looked back…and the benefits continue to flow into my life.
