Yoga and Mindfulness for Teens with Jen Breen

This four week series we will focus on becoming allies with our minds so that we use them to their highest potential out in the world – using our minds to get to calm, clarity, balance and happiness 

Dates/Times

Monday evenings, 5:45-7pm 

4 week series beginning Jan. 22 (Jan. 29th, Feb. 5 and Feb. 12)

Cost

$55 for series
