INNOVATIVE TRADITIONAL YOGA FOR THE MODERN WORLD

Saturday, 10am-12pm Master Class

Sunday, 10am-12pm Master Class

A master class with yoga teacher Ryan Leier is typically defined as a "full spectrum" practice that extends beyond a standard class to deepen a student's understanding of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), philosophy, and presence. Each class is a unique blend of  postures, breath, inversions, mudras, chanting, and  philosophy. Engaging for teachers and accessible to students, this immersion teaches the keys to a fruitful,  sustainable practice.

Meet Ryan:

Ryan has over 20 years of yoga practice experience and is deeply embedded in the Sri T. Krishnamacharya lineage. He is the senior student of Srivatsa Ramaswami, one of the world's foremost Vinyasa Krama teachers. His teaching blends authentic, classical practices with a modern understanding of movement, anatomy, and student needs - offering a rare opportunity, for studios to host a master-level workshop.
