San Miguel de Allende
Yoga, Art & Culture Retreat
With Kelly Asadorian and Jen Breen
March 8-14, 2025
San Miguel de Allende is all the things in one colorful, magical, cobblestoney village on a hill in the middle of Mexico. They call San Miguel the "corozon" or the heart of Mexico. You will find so much pleasure whether it be at the taco stand after a tequila tasting under the starry sky, walking the streets with storytelling murals licking a horchata popsicle or swaying your hips to the tune of los colores surrounded by mariachis in the evening. Mornings and afternoons are together practicing yoga on the rooftop listening to the birds sing and children play and opening up to creative expression during our art studio time.
This retreat is pure magic! Come check out one of the most vibrant and creative towns and spend time doing what makes your heart sing!
Join us for 6 nights at the exquisite Casa de la Noche for Art of Yoga and Yoga of Art Retreat. San Miguel is a special place to inspire creativity, transformation and connection to spirit. We will spend the week immersing ourselves in yoga, art, walking, food, music and culture.
A retreat to inspire a playful, curious mind. Develop your artist's eye through seeing your surroundings from a new perspective. You will have opportunities to interpret the colors, patterns, textures and feelings of our experience of San Miguel through a daily art lesson/ project. You will be provided with a variety of lush materials and we will explore an array of creative techniques. All of the art projects are for any skill level from beginner to advanced.
Meet your hosts!
Kelly Asadorian is a professional working artist who lives in Indianola, Washington. She has been creating and teaching art for 30 years. As an art teacher she facilitates the curiosity of others to be creative by providing information, space and essential materials. She believes that our nature is to be playful & creative.
