Workshop includes:

Brief, inclusive lecture on Ayurveda philosophy

Light asana and targeted pranayama

A combination of dinacharya and Jjimjilbang (찜질방) - inspired practices that Christine learned in Seoul.

Please bring your own body-sized towel to the workshop and a large, non-heavy bowl that you can fill with water.

Dress in loose, cotton clothing.
