Within this 3-week series you will learn:
How to support your own genitourinary system and pelvic health
How to adjust your physical practice for a more global anti-inflammatory impact
Postures to promote bone health
Restorative postures and breathwork for insomnia, sleep disturbances, and hot flashes
Mindfulness based stress reduction meditation techniques for brain health
