Yoga for Menopause

An opportunity to support and empower yourself in the perimenopause and menopause seasons of life as we come together to integrate evidence-based tools into our yoga practice and build healthy habits both on and off the mat.

Within this 3-week series you will learn:

  • How to support your own genitourinary system and pelvic health

  • How to adjust your physical practice for a more global anti-inflammatory impact

  • Postures to promote bone health

  • Restorative postures and breathwork for insomnia, sleep disturbances, and hot flashes

  • Mindfulness based stress reduction meditation techniques for brain health
